After 20 minutes of watching the tech on my dash cam just continue to stuff his face instead of work. Meaning after almost 2 hours I was still gonna have to wait for them to do the actual work. I finally told them to give me my keys and left. I've taken cars there for years but I will never be going back there again. Clearly they have lost their work ethic.

All I wanted was for them to either complete the repair (since I already paid for labor) or let me just pay for the part and finish it properly. Instead, they refused to fix it or refund money for work that wasn't done. I'm also concerned about the legality of issuing an inspection sticker without the vehicle fully passing, as that may violate West Virginia Code §17C-16-7. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

So the "change oil soon" light comes on yesterday on my F-150 Lariat and I've got a 6 hour drive home Sunday. And I like to take care of my truck. Midway Ford worked me right in today for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Super friendly people, from the service group to the ladies in the checkout area. Nice clean shop (and waiting area). Awesome sales guy as well. Right near the aisle coming into the showroom and in front of the (Awesome) custom Bronco. I'd buy a truck from him any day! Relatively quick service especially since they worked me in. Excellent value, and it's genuine Ford service. Highly recommended and I would definitely use these guys all the time if I lived up here.

Good old fashioned southern hospitality! While traveling the US, we just so happen to have our RVs…read moretransmission fail in West Virginia. How grateful we were for that. We called several shops and nobody would take us in. Turley's Transmission was the ONLY place that would, not only bring us in on short notice but, also considered our accommodation situation...we were living in it! Danny is a man of integrity, honesty, and compassion. He showed us broken parts and explained everything to us step by step. He had us ready to go in a few days. We appreciated Danny, Darrell, and the local guys so much that we decided to stay a few more days after that! We were actually sad to be leaving. Our RV runs perfectly but most importantly, we've met family. Don't y'all worry we will be back!!!!

Let me start by wondering why there are no Yelp reviews of Danny Turleys Transmission repair shop…read more Only thing I can figure is all his customers are happy and tooling down the road without commenting. While traveling thru West Virginia we encountered Danny Turley with a transmission problem. We had our car towed in on Tuesday. Danny said he may get to it next week, very busy. Turns out Danny started working late on our vehicle on Wednesday and Thursday the week we arrived. By Friday morning he said he would probably have us back on the road by Friday evening. When we test drove on Friday afternoon there was still a bit of a problem. He stayed until late Friday, and most of Saturday to get us going. He may not do that heroic kind of thing again but my guess is you will be real happy with your experience at Turleys. Danny is a great person and strives to do a great service for his customers. Can't recommend his shop highly enough. Not sure I will be able to take a vehicle to him again, I live 2500 miles away, but maybe, just maybe.
