We opened three trees, all of them dry and gappy, before we were abruptly and somewhat rudely told we could open no more, as "they're all the same," and people wouldn't buy the unwrapped trees. The prices for the quality of trees and service at the lot were not good, although there was one very kind and helpful man who was happy to help us before the older man intervened to stop him. The delivery guys were just going to leave the new one outside on the patio and told me to call a plumber. This would have been a disaster and they didn't seem to care. Once the new refrigerator was finally installed, I noticed two issues: It makes a squealing noise. When I close the bottom door, the top door pops open. I called first thing this morning to speak with a service rep. No one was available, so they took my name and number and never called back. Hours later, I called again, went through the same frustrating voicemail system, and reached a rude representative who refused to tell me whether anyone was even working today or if I would get a call back. I'm now approaching the 48‑hour window for returns, and I'm seriously considering sending it back and getting a different one. This has been a huge hassle.
