She not only knew everything I needed her to address but when we ran into a difficulty she went out of her way to give me numbers of people to call to get the information I needed, stayed on the line with me to speak with the other people, and then took action to follow through. One of the few times in my life that I had a just plain delightful customer service representative. She was so helpful that by the time we were finished with the call I told her I would change my car insurance over to her agency once she got me quotes. Couldn't have been happier.
