When I first purchased my home Michael was helpful, honest, and gracious when I opted to go with a different lender. My employer paid my closing costs if I used a specific lender which he was unable to compete with. I remembered how informative he had been throughout that process and how upfront he had been. There was never any pressure or guilt - he understood that I had to do what was best for my family and the employer-paid closing costs put him at a disadvantage. About three and a half years into my mortgage I began looking at refinance options in hopes of taking advantage of today's extremely low rates. After running into several brick walls I contacted Michael. Michael also gave me a "no" at first due to the uniqueness of my situation but upon further consideration he was able to arrive at a solution.
