I do not normally write negative reviews, because I understand that mistakes can be made & someone could be simply having a rough day. But a line is crossed when a salesman chooses to lie to a customer about a price that he had personally quoted. I drove my family 1hr one way to check on 2 vehicles. I could talk about how my family waited for 30 minutes to find the right salesperson, find the keys, and locate the vehicles. I could also talk about how one of the 2 vehicles we came to see had been sold, and no one told us that when we scheduled our appointment to drive out and see them. But the real kicker was when we finally sat down to talk price and the gentleman that I had spoken with over the phone denied ever offering to me the price that he had quoted me over the phone 2 days prior. He then tried to sell that lie with more lies. I don't need to go into any more details, but it was very disappointing and I couldn't wait to load up my family and leave. After searching all over the Atlanta metro area Dodge dealers and private sellers for the perfect Ram to pull our camper, I was driving by Rick Zoerb, a "FORD" dealership of all places, and saw a beautiful Ram 2500 black Megacab sitting out front. I came in, met Cheston, we went thru several options on other Dodge Rams at other dealerships, and I told him I would fet with wife and get back to him. Meanwhile my wife and I continued looking. We were also looking to trade her car in. No one could find the truck we wanted and no one could match the trade value we wanted for our car. I broight my wife back, she saw the Ram I liked...We drove it, we loved it, we bought it. Cheston is a great representative of this dealership. I think this says enough in this next statement: I looked high and low all over for a DODGE RAM that fit my wants and needs, and I found it at a Ford dealership. Look, do yourself a favor: If you are looking for ANY car, don't waste your time. Come here, they can find any car you want, not just Fords. They will bust their collective butts to get you the price you want to pay, and also buy or trade your car at well above average price. The service department is really going down hill. Last month we took my wife's car for a series of repairs and they had forgotten to order the tires. Today I took my Flex in and they put the wrong oil in. When I complained, they called and got oil from OReilly Auto Parts. They put in a mix of OReilly and Valvoline oil. And to top it all off, they overcharged my credit card by $5. read more

Don't waste your time with the Commercial Solitication for their event for March 21st to March 31st! The mailer came in, and I lifted all 9 tabs. I HAD 3 SILVER CARS! According to the prize chart, I WON THE TV! Or at least I thought I did. So I drove 45 minutes away very happy about my new television! I get there and they said the fine print says "Confirmation code determines actual prize", they said the 3 silver cars did not mean that I had truly won the 70 inch television valued at $1,500. Amir Sadek gets all my info down on paper and takes it over to a desk and brings me back a Smart Watch (the minimum prize "guaranteed" to win. I asked for the manager and he too showed me the words "Confirmation code determines actual prize". I said "that is a gimmick just to get people there", and he said "its a sales tactic". I said, "its a sales gimmick". He said "I'm not going to argue with you". I said "do you even have the TV here?" He said "Yes", then I said "OK, show me the TV" and he laughed and said "No". So I gave them back the "free" Smart watch and asked for my paperwork back. I told them they don't deserve having my address, and that I was going to file a complaint. Again, If you have 3 of Any cars under the 9 tabs, you did NOT win anything other than a Smart Watch. Don't waste your time at this dealership. I will NEVER go back to Rick Zoerb Ford. read more

They sent out game pieces that said you was a winner of a 70 inch hd television, once you get there they said it was wrong and gave the lowest possible reward offer. I saw 5 other customers with the exact same game piece, same winning piece and was all given the bottom prize. They also are the most lying, unprofessional, misleading dealership i have ever been too. They kept me there for hours claiming they can put me in a new car, finally at closing time they said they would deliver my new car the next morning, they never delivered or called after that. read more
