Went in to see about buying a new truck and trading in mine. Same sleazy sales tactics they try and use on everyone. Trade-in offer was ridiculous. In fact, ultimately sold my truck to Caravan for almost $5,000 more than what I was offered in trade here. Selection is horrible, there were like 6-8 trucks on the lot and not much else. More cheap economy cars there than anything else. I always try hard to deal local and keep my money in my community. But with the same old, tired, sleazy sales tactics, I just spent my money elsewhere. Will not return and suggest you think long and hard before going to this "dealership". read more

We are from Florida and had a problem with our 2020 Ford Explorer. Took a chance and stopped at Peach State Ford to see if they could help us. As busy as they were and it being so close to Christmas, they found a way to fit us in and make the necessary repair. Everyone at this dealership was extremely nice and helpful. They also did excellent work on our vehicle. They even gave us a loaner car for the few hours it took for them to order and fix our vehicle. When I believed getting financed was impossible given my circumstances, Service Manager Mike, Saleswoman Carrie and Finance Manager Joseph went above and beyond to assist me. Their customer service is exceptional. They genuinely prioritize you, and you leave with the impression that you were properly taken care of. Amazing saleswoman Carrie Cole is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and sensible. She looked out for me so well throughout the entire process, making sure I understood every step and getting all of my questions answered. From the beginning to the end, I experienced a great sense of security knowing that my purchase was a wise one. I'm incredibly lucky. I appreciate Mike, the service manager, for introducing me to Carrie. Due to specific circumstances, I believed it would be impossible for me to obtain financing for a newer car because I was in a difficult situation with my previous vehicle that required expensive auto repairs. However, Mike showed compassion for my predicament and went above and beyond to assist me when I thought there was no hope. His counsel prevented me from making the costly error of spending thousands of dollars to repair my old automobile only to risk another breakdown that would cost me much more money. He really did save me, and I'm quite appreciative of that. I'm now driving a certified 2018 Ford Escape with the added peace of mind provided by a fantastic warranty.
