Luckily problem has seemed to resolve with fluid change, they refunded my $ for transmission, only charged for fluid change. They were VERY good with communication, not up-selling, straight shooters. They took my car on March 22 and I got a diagnosis. I had them work on it, I got my car back one week later. It ran great for a day then the light came back on. I dropped it off on Sunday April 2 and called them the following morning to let them know that it was not running again. They did another diagnostic and called and told me that it was going to $1701 to fix. I called back a day later and okayed the work to be done. One, they never told me what that 1701 was going to fix and second, I was never given a time frame. I called once a week for 3 weeks and talked to Doug; all I got was they were sick, they were short staffed and my car was next. I still had no idea what was actually wrong with my car. I ended up calling on Monday April 24 and letting them know that I got my car an appointment at another place and I will be picking it up. All that I got in reply was "OK." My dad picked it up and all they did was hand him the key. Not a word from no body. No answers. So, my car is getting fixed by another shop, and guess what? It needs a new transmission. The work they did had nothing to do with what was actually wrong with the car. I am beyond frustrated, because I have been without my vehicle for going a month and a half. If it was properly diagnosed and fixed, I would be happy customer.
