Called me two days later and said that was not the issue. So now I was going back and forth about why would you say that after running test stating that is what the test came back to be. Chuck charged me $730 still when that was not the issue. Then told me the next day it was something else wrong. Turns out the second issue was not it either. Chuck charged me for a test that wasn't even the problem with my truck, charged me to take engine apart. This garage never discovered what the real issue was. The total I paid to this company was $1826 for me to still have to get my truck towed back to me and my engine in pieces in my backseat. When I called because I was so pissed about my engine not put back together just thrown in my backseat. Chuck said it would be a charge to put engine back together which he stated $750. I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. My boyfriend had them look at his car for some mileage issues he was having. They didn't find anything wrong with it, so they didn't charge him. Not even for the time spent looking at it. They'll give you a free ride to work or pick up up when your car is done. And, if you're lucky, sometimes they have kittens or puppies in the office (one of the ladies breeds English Bull Dogs.) Puppies always make you feel better when your car isn't working right.
