It was as though there is this set system that Giles and the other participants follow where they act out their parts and rely on what social security has already determined. If you don't get approved by the judge Giles will withdraw from representing you meaning he is not a trial lawyer and will not proceed with your case to trial. Giles is a procedural lawyer that does the bare minimum and will put minimal time and effort into your case.
