Here are the facts: * July 19, 2024 - First email sent requesting a detailed receipt for the estate jewelry I sold on July 16. * July 21, 2024 - Second follow-up email with same request. * July 23, 2024 - Third email again asking for the receipt. * Multiple text messages were sent to the number listed on her website: 251-943-7225 (NOT the new number she conveniently listed in her reply). In her public response, Paula claimed: "We did not receive a phone call or text..." She also provided a different phone number (251-223-9953) in her reply than the one advertised when I did business with her. That alone shows dishonesty. Let me be clear--I have documentation of every email I sent and screenshots proving the dates and details. Her claim that she never saw my emails or that I didn't reach out is simply untrue and meant to cover her tracks. Guess what guys? You are not the only gun store in town. Yes, you have a great selection of product at semi- reasonable prices. One of the larger inventories of handguns, rifles and shotguns in this area. Nice selection of magazines and laser sighting devices etc. I have visited them a half dozen times since August and always leave feeling as though I am valued s a customer. Rare that I hand out 5 stars. I suppose I could nitpick it down to four but in this case the Customer Service wins out. Your service is important to you I think you'd really enjoy the store.
