We'd been shopping for new furniture for our cottage for quite a while when we spotted some pictures of these really attractive custom made chairs. We messaged with some questions and Tony gave a quote. The price was very reasonable so we headed out to meet and discuss our situation. I told him about the dimensions were restricted to and what we wanted and took at tour of his shop. We found a chair and loveseat that he had just finished and with a couple adjustments we decided that we had found just what we were looking for. He offered to deliver it on one of his runs and we had a deal. We had an estimate for l when we'd get them and it was time to wait. We were thinking we'd have enough time to custom paint them in time for some family and friends to arrive but that never happened. The scheduled delivery cane and went and the dance began. Long story short we didn't get for nearly a month after promised and after multiple calls, and estimated times, we eventually rented a truck to pick them up ourselves. It was frustrating, but to be fair, it was a time where hiring and keeping employees was difficult and the only two working was Tony and his Dad, so there's that but it was nonetheless annoying. Bottom line: Tony, the owner, is a personable guy and his furniture and prices are great but if you're in a hurry, beware. I would buy from these guys again as long as I could wait. I opted to upgrade to all stainless hardware at a nominal cost. We're more than pleased as benches are fabulous. Being stored in a walkway leading to the pool and dock and people are sitting on them. We are having similar issues as another reviewer did. The lack of communication is terrible. The…read morefabricators miscalculated the measurements around our stove and we have a gap in between the stove and counter top. We wasted a week back and forth on email to whether they were going to charge us extra to come back out and finish the backsplash that they should have done on initial day of installation. We are now on week 3 since installation and we are still dealing with all of this. You have to hound them to get anyone to respond with answers. If I had to do it all over again I never would have chosen this company. Do not use this company. Their lack of communication and fabrication shows their inexperience. If they get back to me and make this right then I'll repost a new review on if and how they fixed the problem with the gap.
