We engaged them to install an AC and Furnace for our office. Did all the financing paperwork, which they reviewed (ended up being wrong), and had several site visits from Jason the owner. They told us all was good and lets book. We did. turns out they jumped the gun. The end result was them pointing fingers and blame at me and my staff, when we asked for their help and guidance multiple times. And lastly, while i was out of town they sent a crew to remove the newly installed equipment with out the decency / professionalism to try and figure out a solution to a mess they 90% created. Bottom line, if you have upfront cash for the project they are awesome, if not RUN!!!! They do not know what they are doing when it comes to sales and customer service. Also during the removal they damaged our newly installed flooring.

I would not Recommend Shipp Plumbing and heating. I…read morereceived service from Shipp Plumbing and it was not a good experience. The workers trudged into my house with their outside boots on and walked directly over my carpeted floors. I asked them if their boots were clean and they said they were and carried on. They made several trips outside to the truck and never once put on "booties". They ran into some difficulties with replacing the bathtub faucet set and knocked off several tiles. Instead of talking to me about it, they used some sealant to patch them together. It looked like a 5 year old did the sealant application. I noticed that they had brought in their tool bucket and it had some oil on the bottom of it. They left a clear oil ring on my carpet. I asked one of the workers how the mark got there and he just said, "I don't know". I asked him to explain how the ring perfectly matched their tool bucket and he did not comment further. They also left a large hole in the back of the wall that I needed to repair. I am, in fact, not sure if that is normal. I called to complain and received a call back. The person said that they would like to take a look, even though I had sent many pictures of the damage to my home. I had to remove the damaged carpet section so I informed them that I did not think there was anything to see that the pictures did not show. No more communication was forthcoming. They did not offer any reduction of the invoice at any time. Out of frustration, I just decided to pay the bill and call a lesson learned. I phoned them soon after and gave them my credit card number so they could take payment. That was a month or so ago. Yesterday I got a call from a lady that chastised me for not paying the bill. I informed her that I had already given them my credit card info but she took it again and charged me the entire amount. I think the work was overpriced and done very poorly. I would Not Recommend this company to anyone.

For this review, they overhauled an old fireplace for us to make it function again, and cleaned it up so it looks great. They did such a good job for us that I would use their services again
