They were mowing in our subdivision and ended up damaging my daughter's car. When we tried to address it, Rick was incredibly rude, took zero accountability, and came in immediately hostile. Instead of handling it like a professional, he resorted to calling customers "dumb asses" and "stupid pieces of s***." If you run a small business, basic respect and responsibility shouldn't be optional. Rick and his crew did a great job on my outdoor project. I had a 350' French drainage system installed, a limestone driveway and pad for my camper. Sloppy work..Rick and some of his help swear loudly while working , nothing I mean NOTHING is done in a timely matter, you could be flooded, Rick will say he will be right out and it never happens., absolutely no respect for the home owners personal belongings, if he doesn't like something he will bang on tenants door and RAGE!!!! Don't call him for anything. In addition he has sexual conversations with women the live in the complex. read more

They went above and beyond in my neighborhood 2/16/21. Not only did they take a good amount of time making sure the roads were properly cleared; they spent a great amount of time, after, helping residents clear driveways and/or push snow away from driveway edges to make room to blow/shovel snow should we get another round of heavy snow. If you have had a ricks lawn care truck in your neighborhood I'm sorry for starters the lawn work is nothing I couldn't do if I had a zero turn mediocre at best. second off most all the employees I have encountered including rick himself have been very aggressive and rude towards me. read more

By FAR the worst, most unprofessional company I have EVERY worked with. They are rude, unprofessional, uneducated, lack communication skills and do not take pride in their work. They didn't even bother to come back and complete the job I hired them for. One of the crew leaders also tried to get me to "pay him in cash" after refusing to provide me with a bill which leads me to believe they are dishonest in more ways than one. Stay away from this company. read more
