DO NOT CALL MR RICK! Mr. Rick is highly unethical, unprofessional, and all around a nasty individual. He charged me for "labor" where the men he sent did not actually do anything. The problem was not solved, we went with another plumber in the area and were highly satisfied. He was downright mean over the phone and when we asked how he could charge us when no work was done, he said he "has bills to pay". I cannot believe this person is still in business!! read more

Owner and his employees are very helpful and stay in great communication with where they are during your repair. Very important to me because I am from out of town and we had gas leak. They found it right away and let me know when they completed their work. Also used them to put in an outdoor electrical box. Very reasonable pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Unsafe and Unethical, Hired to fix a short because they had installed the electric in my back yard. They came out and pulled up wires and disconnected light fixtures. Then I didn't see or hear from them for weeks. Called them and they came back and fixed the short but left wires pulled out everywhere, left box covers off and didn't replace appliances they pulled down off shelf(Heavy stuff I cant put back myself). Sent me a 3500 bill which I paid. Asked them to come back to put plate back on outside boxes and to cover wiring. They came back and did a half A$$ job and sent me another bill. I have bare and exposed wires everywhere, I'm afraid to let my grandchild or dog in the back yard for fear they will be hurt. I'm filling a state of Mississippi contractor complaint against them now. read more

Rick's Plumbing and Electric is by far the best in customer service, skills, efficiency, knowledge, timeliness, price, and quality of work. I called and made an appointment. Not only was he on time, he was early. He came in, looked at everything that needed to be done, and instantly put together his team to do the job. His crew brought all the necessary equipment and products needed in no time. The things I had done: replace hot water heater, pipes, wiring, and plug (in a tiny space) add on to the electrical box for the additional load, add new plug for dryer, create hole for dryer vent, add pipes and water lines for washer, add drain pipe for washer... all of this was done by his excellent team in less than two hours! Because he had done such an outstanding job, I asked him to look at the faucet at the well which had a leak. His team went to lunch but came right back and started the repair to the faucet. They had to dig around the faucet, find the leak, repair it, install new faucet, pour cement... And it was all done in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend Rick's Plumbing and Electric for any job you have. He and his team are the best I have encountered in years. They will get all my business from now on! read more

I don't normally write reviews but I felt this was necessary. I highly recommend Rick's Plumbing and Electric. We had a plumbing emergency and had to call on a Sunday morning. Rick and Morgan showed up within the hour and got to work immediately. They communicated with me on what they found and quickly performed the repair. Once completed they thoroughly check out the system for any leaks. I agree with other reviews in that they have the best customer service skills, price, timeliness, and quality of work that I have experienced in Oxford. Call at your own risk. Charged me for a new shower cartridge and "replaced it". After no returned phone calls from them, I called a new plumber who showed me the "new shower cartridge" wasn't actually new, it was the same broken one that had been there all along. Rick's is a waste of time and money. read more
