Bottom line: most of their service techs have clearly been trained to hold your peace of mind hostage and upsell you on parts/equipment/services you don't need--they're an unethical company full of scam artists looking to squeeze you out of money. I canceled my membership (there was no apology or even an attempt to deny my reason for dropping them), and I have sought out more trustworthy local, family-owned HVAC and plumbing services (with much better ratings on yelp & reddit). The next morning they called at 8am to tell me someone was coming back out. The tech called 2 minutes later to say he was on the way. How is no heads up of an "onsite" acceptable? Dude didn't run a camera down the still exposed clean out or locate the tank. Told me to run a scope it would be $300 and that due to the company being bought out by some national chain I should probably use someone else.
