I really appreciated how City Plumbing, Heating & Electric was not only able to send one technician to cover multiple issues - but their office was very diligent in calling to inform me of any schedule changes. When they weren't able to send someone the day I called, they scheduled me for 8 a.m. the next morning. Unfortunately - while they weren't able to arrive until 10 a.m. - the office called to notify me rather than having me sit around for a few hours. I also appreciated that when I scheduled the appointment - the office explained the flat service fee for the visit.
