I really appreciated how City Plumbing, Heating & Electric was not only able to send one technician to cover multiple issues - but their office was very diligent in calling to inform me of any schedule changes. When they weren't able to send someone the day I called, they scheduled me for 8 a.m. the next morning. Unfortunately - while they weren't able to arrive until 10 a.m. - the office called to notify me rather than having me sit around for a few hours. I also appreciated that when I scheduled the appointment - the office explained the flat service fee for the visit. The technician also explained all of his repairs, was very courteous and prompt, and identified all of the charges on the bill. Would highly recommend to others!
