Far and Away the WORST company I've ever had the misfortune to have hired. Asked them to build and…read moreinstall a boat lift cover for our place on Bottle Bay - to call it a disaster from start to finish would be a colossal understatement. First, they install a canopy that's too low for us to put our Tige on the lift without dropping the tower - can you imagine installing a boat lift cover without making absolutely sure that your client will be able to get their boat on and off the lift without any issue or problem?? Sound bad - well it's not even close to the worst of it. A bit of wind comes up last week and completely destroys the BRAND NEW cover. The entire roof including the canopy and the metal framework gets fully blown off like some sort of gargantuan metallic kite that flies over our dock and lands in the lake where it remains. Just unreal - the support posts were snapped off and it's just luck no one was seriously injured. I reached out to them right away and once again no apology, no acceptance of any responsibility, and they've done nothing about it since. The entire installation cost over 13 thousand dollars and I so regret paying them right away without making sure things had been done correctly which they obviously weren't. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS - they take no pride in what they do and they won't be there for you when the whole thing falls apart

Had all our trees trimmed and removed the last years winter damage…read more We could not ask for a nicer job, Tylor doesn't just trim the tree using a bucket truck but using ropes hoisting himself up inside the tree to manicure the tree with precise trimming to bring out the Beauty of the tree. The massive clean up was excellent and chipped up the trimmings. Tylor came and inspected the work before work with a total price and due date. When you navigate to the Kalispell location and browse or search it jumps to nationwide and then states a the top "equipment may not be available at every location. " I picked up the phone and gave the toll free number a ring. Asked the guy who answered and he said and I quote, "I'm not sure if you can do that [look at local inventory]. I got the feeling my 5 minutes of website browsing made me more an expert than the employee. Put me on hold then said he'd have someone call me back "as soon as possible". Who doesn't know or have access to their own inventory? Weird and frustrating. Looking for a pallet jack and will have to call the local guys or actually drive to them tomorrow. Their entire business is equipment rental and it baffles the mind that they don't offer a way for customers to look nor do even the employees know what a location has ib stock.

I'm 50/50 on Midway, because I had one good experience and one not so good, so this review covers…read morethe not so good experience. I had called ahead and scheduled two pieces of rental equipment for a weekend job several weeks ago to prep for some concrete work. That Friday even when the equipment hadn't yet been delivered I called the store to see why not, and they weren't even sure. They called me back 10 minutes later and said, "We figured out why we didn't have the equipment. The guy who rented it before you didn't bring it back. Can you just do your job another weekend?" No "We are so sorry," no "We'll make this right," literally not even an apology. I had take a day off of work and planned for the concrete guy to come the following week, and had to cancel everything because they just didn't have the equipment they told me they'd have when I reserved it 5 days earlier. I may at some point give these guys one more try, but I feel like I can't trust them now. I ended up renting the equipment with Western States Cat and they were great.
