While the vehicle was eventually delivered, the overall experience was highly frustrating and one of the worst transactions I've ever had. Communication and transparency were consistently poor. Salesperson Bruce Murphy showed little urgency, required constant follow-ups, and failed to properly prepare the truck (it arrived with the same dirt spot noted during the video walkthrough plus additional interior stains). He also provided incorrect information on taxes and delivery requirements. Finance manager Ian O'Connor was unprofessional, performed multiple unnecessary credit pulls without clear explanation, and mishandled the $1,600 tax overcharge refund (sending it to the bank instead of directly to me as discussed). Delivery updates were delayed and reactive. On the positive side, sales manager Dennis Rainez was excellent--transparent, proactive, and responsive once he got involved. He provided regular shipment updates and offered compensation for the dirty interior and low fuel upon delivery. Despite eventually receiving the refund (after refinancing), the repeated misinformation, poor follow-through, and subpar service from key staff made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Rolling Hills Toyota or buy from them again.

He dropped me off at Audrey's for the night and made sure I had all of my things before taking my car to his shop. Luckily for me, Dale was able to get the alternator in and my car fixed by about lunch time the next day. While it wasn't inexpensive, I believe the price for the tow and repair were fair- especially when you take into account that I had no other options. I took my car to 2 other garages and they confirmed the wheel bearings were not installed correctly or not replaced at all. In the process of this they damage both cv axles on on the front of my car and now its going to cost over 1200.00 to repair. They will not refund my money and they allow there receptionist to drive my car without my permission. They took advantage of me being a female. I have tried several times to get them to make this right and they will not. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. I hope they can shed some light on what a terrible business this is and save someone else from getting taken advantage of. My car is no not safe to drive after they touched my car. Some of the mechanics act like they cant speak English and will not help you. Also got one of the mechanics using a crow bar i my drivers side wheel. Please be cautious of this place. I hard to learn the hard way. The receptionist acts like she is the owner and refuses to allow me speak with the owner to get this resolved. They basically stole my money and didn't do the repairs they stated they did to my car. Now me and my son are without transportation because of the lack of responsibility on there end as far as being fare and taking accountability and making this right with me.
