When called by my local guy for payment, they declined saying to the local mechanic, "you understand, you're a small business".... and my local mechanic responded, "we would have correctly installed the transmission"...... Would have been happy to pay the extra $300 initially just to have the car fixed correctly. Come to find out $35 in parts at their location would have saved me $300.....

I was able to get over to their parking lot, but it was on a Sunday morning. They answered my calls and let me know when the parts store is opened. First thing in the morning. They would make phone calls and getting sorted. First thing in the morning. They were true to their word and within an hour they had parts on its way. They offered me power, so I could continue to work while the parts were coming and they completed the job faster than I ever thought possible. Pricing was fair, especially considering that it was an emergency last minute service request. Kyle, Seth, and Scott were professional, courteous, and understanding. He was willing to hop in his truck and trailer and come get me - and then took me to the nearest uhaul location 40 miles away, and see me off. Primarily a Polaris dealer, they're definitely oriented towards the farm and utility market, with a large showroom and large shop for repairs.
