When I asked why the additional fees, I was told it was for "grease, rags, etc."; thus, bringing my total bill to $115.00 for what took only 15 mins to repair... unbelievable and never again!

Despite that, I chose to give Terry the benefit of the doubt.I was then asked to fill out my own repair tag, which was unprofessional and immediately concerning. Terry also did not appear knowledgeable about the machine or the repair process In hindsight, I should have loaded the four‑wheeler back up at that moment, but again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.Terry told me it would be two weeks before he could even look at the machine. I accepted that. During that time, I began searching for the parts myself. When I attempted to communicate with him by text, I received no responses. When I finally called, he claimed my texts were going to spam. After three weeks, he still had not touched the four‑wheeler and gave me excuses about not being able to find parts. When I told him that if he couldn't handle the repair, he shouldn't do it, he took that as "disrespect" and stopped responding to both texts and calls.Only when I said I was coming to pick up my four‑wheeler did he finally respond. I told him that after wasting my time, he should be delivering it back to me. He refused. This entire experience showed me that Terry is not a mechanic, does not run a professional operation, and does not respect customers' time or property. The lack of communication, lack of progress, and lack of professionalism speak for themselves.I would not recommend!

A relative came in to help. they responded to texts and phone messages. they charged me about a 1/3 of the actual cost due to late service and phone contact misses between the business and myself. i am sending him a second check to hopefully pay him about what he is due for his time and parts.
