Despite that, I chose to give Terry the benefit of the doubt.I was then asked to fill out my own repair tag, which was unprofessional and immediately concerning. Terry also did not appear knowledgeable about the machine or the repair process In hindsight, I should have loaded the four‑wheeler back up at that moment, but again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.Terry told me it would be two weeks before he could even look at the machine. I accepted that. During that time, I began searching for the parts myself. When I attempted to communicate with him by text, I received no responses. When I finally called, he claimed my texts were going to spam. After three weeks, he still had not touched the four‑wheeler and gave me excuses about not being able to find parts. When I told him that if he couldn't handle the repair, he shouldn't do it, he took that as "disrespect" and stopped responding to both texts and calls.Only when I said I was coming to pick up my four‑wheeler did he finally respond. I told him that after wasting my time, he should be delivering it back to me. He refused. This entire experience showed me that Terry is not a mechanic, does not run a professional operation, and does not respect customers' time or property. Had a great experience getting two of my lawn mowers serviced. One was fixed the same day, and both…read moremowers were started and tested before we left the property, which gave me a lot of confidence. Once I got them home, they ran like brand new even though they're older machines. The price was very fair, and he even sharpened the blades without me asking, which was a nice surprise. He also took the time to apologize for not being able to power wash them due to water restrictions, which shows he really cares about the quality of his work. Overall, excellent service, honest, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.
