We were on the last quarter of a 2000-mile journey on a Sunday afternoon and needed a new tire. I…read morehad a flat about 100 miles for Hometown Auto Repair and had a donut on my car with 350 more miles to home. Googled a tire service close and it gave us this place. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. Thank you so much and we couldn't have asked for better treatment and customer service.

The day after purchasing it, we noticed the front passenger seat belt would not stay buckled. Reached out and was told to put WD-40 in the buckle. We did. It continued to do so. Was told to keep putting the WD-40. Finally they set up an appointment to replace it. Was told the day of purchase they would have a 2nd key fob ordered. Stacey C. stated we could come pick it up. Left work early to do so. Was rudely informed by the service desk that we weren't supposed to. After showing her the text message from Stacey that she told me I would have to come back. She gave me a date to come back. I show up just to be told that I didn't have an appointment. I lived an hour away and had to take off work each time. Another trip back just to get the key fob. In my opinion the sales men just say what they think you want to hear to get the sale. There is definitely lacking communication and possibly training. After moving only a mile from them, I'd love to support locally but can't due to their lack of integrity.

Beware of this dealership! They do not do as they promise. I bought a used 2019 BMW from them for…read more$35K back in May. They wrote me an IOU for a second key. They promised to order it from the BMW dealership in Nashville, but they didn't. Then they told me they had ordered it from their "key guy", but they didn't. Then they told me they really had ordered from their guy, this time, and they would put it in the mail to me the following Monday, but they didn't. They then told me the key guy would deliver the key to me, but he hasn't. This has been going on for over 3 months now! The bottom line is they do not do what they say. I'm just glad, in my case, it's only a second key that was promised.
