Asked for an 02 sensors to be installed and the old one removed. I was told by Jeff himself he can…read moredo it and would try to be done by the end of the day but might be the following day. He said the entire job "at the absolute highest" would be $150. He'd had the car from that morning until end of the day the next day and called me to say he couldn't find the end the of the O2 sensor plug and would have to take apart way more of the vehicle to find it. So he stopped where he was at and called me back to say he put the car back together and couldn't complete the job. He said the vehicle was ready to be picked up so we can take it somewhere else to do the repair. All he did was insert a bung plug where the old O2 sensor was and told me he would charge me significantly less because he couldn't finish the job. My wife stopped by to pay and we were charged $125 dollars to just install a bung plug and still left with a vehicle that had not been repaired. This place is a joke and cannot do the work they claim they can do. They will also way overcharge you for half ass incomplete work. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to take your vehicle for repairs.

I highly recommend Jeff's for auto repairs. After getting a questionable estimate at a national…read morerepair shop, I thought I would get a second opinion at a locally owned shop. Jeff gave me a much more favorable estimate for the repairs, but then after checking out the car, told me that he had found a different issue and thought this issue was probably covered by a recall. He directed us to the dealership to check on the recall repairs. He's potentially saved us almost $1,000. While talking to Jeff I felt like he was a trusted family friend or relative that I didn't have to be afraid he was selling me repairs I didn't need. I guarantee I'll be going back if the issue with my vehicle isn't covered by a recall.
