I was charged an obscene amount of hours for a head gasket job...that wasn't even done, or as I found out later, it wasn't even the problem. The engine had obviously never been lifted out of the car, and i got charged thousands of dollars in fake labor. After spending over 1500 in labor I went to drive my car, heavy smoke was pouring out from under the hood, I couldnt take it from the shop in this condition...so I left it to be "repaired"...again. This time it was the timing belt according to the shop owner. I once again left my car in the hands of this guy (like an idiot). Only so he could replace my belt incorrectly. When it was semi driveable I took it home to my family mechanic who was in disbelief of my story. I'd been schemed by this shop for a combined total of over 3000 dollars! I have written statements from both the dealership and my home town mechanic that my head gasket was never replaced and that the engine had never even been lifted. On top of that, he couldn't even do a timing belt job correctly. I made a few useless phone calls to the owner and he denied and relentlessly stuck to his story. This is a money hungry shop with no regard for their customers...or atleast for me (a paying customer) I ended up having to sell my dysfunctional stage 2 wrx for only 2500 in order to pay my rent. Thanks blunt creations! So after all that I guess I can't say that they've screwed all of their customers, but I can only speak for myself. Even if I'm the only person that this has happened to, would you trust this place? P.s. my name is not actually Paul...just trying to protect myself
