When it came time for me to trade in my 72k mile Infiniti G37x Coupe and switch up to another AWD vehicle, this time a Nissan Murano...I found plenty to choose from in all trim levels in near new condition. I hated to part with my 330 HP little speed demon Infiniti G, but it was time! CarMax gave me a great deal on the trade-in and excellent financing on the Murano. Steve Southall was the salesman and he made the whole process easy, quick, and simple from start to finish! I spent more time on the lot looking than I did with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!) Unlike other big-name used car dealers, there was NO pressure to purchase their warranty, plus they give you plenty of time to shop in their lot - no one approaches you until you go inside to inquire about a vehicle. I'm considering keeping what I have and purchasing a 2nd car and I'll keep CarMax on my list of places to shop (If they have what I'm looking for).

On Monday, the 13th, I went to my insurance agent and got insurance coverage. Returned to Car Max and again called my bank and got assurance that there was money to cover the cost of the car. As we waited for the paper work to be processed the car max rep came over and informed me that because only my wives name was on the check thay could not sell me the car. They said that my name must be on the check. I told him that it was a joint accoiunt and that we could call the bank to cofirm this. I also informed him that we had 2 joint checking accounts-one to pay bills and the one with only her name to give money and present to our kids and grands kids. Only the joint account with her name only had enough money to pay for the car, the other did not. They never mentioned before that the check have my name on it. If they had I could have transferred money to the account that had both our names on it. I then told the rep that I did not need the car that bad and left.

This is the second time I've purchased a car from Auto Lenders and had great experiences at location was in Princeton.. If you are in need of a car SUV truck, etc. let them know what you're interested in and they will take it from there. The finance department in the Voorhees location is awesome as well.. Thank you, Anthony for making everything easy for me and helping me make a good decision

If you want to be treated with respect, do not walk into Auto Lenders of Voorhees. This was easily…read morethe worst, most unprofessional automotive experience of my life, which ironically pushed me to go have the best experience of my life at a completely different dealership. My girlfriend and I drove to the Voorhees location to look at a silver Honda Civic. We called ahead, and customer care assured us the car would be pulled up and ready. It wasn't. When we walked in, we met a salesman named Frank. I am a pleasant guy and like to make jokes, so I playfully teased him that they were "0 for 1" since the car wasn't out front. Instead of basic customer service, Frank immediately copped an attitude. He left to check his system, came back, and angrily told me the car was currently on a test drive (even though it was still parked right out front). He then loudly announced in front of the entire showroom and my girlfriend that they had run my credit and I "couldn't even afford the car." Here is the insane part: I never gave them my information to run a credit check. We were buying the car in cash with a certified check and didn't even need financing. Frank had mixed me up with another customer and was publicly humiliating me over someone else's credit score. When I realized his mistake, he offered zero apologies, called me a "cocky kid," and told me to leave. I demanded a manager, Lew, who switched us to a new salesman two cubicles down. While we waited, Frank actually called another salesman over, and they stood there whispering and pointing at us with a smirk on his face. It was so incredibly unwelcoming and childish that we got up and left. The regional director, Brian, called to apologize and set me up at their Williamstown location the next day to look at a black Civic instead. We agreed on a price of $29,382 (after I caught them trying to sneak in a $299 window-etching fee). I told the saleswoman, Nor, that I was driving back to PA to get the cashier's check and handle the insurance switch, and would be back by 4:00 PM. By 2:00 PM, she was texting and calling, trying to pressure me. When I told her not to rush me, she threatened to move the car to another location in Haverford Township just to force my hand. I was completely done with the high-pressure, disrespectful games at Auto Lenders. I took my family's advice and drove straight to Piazza Honda of Springfield. I worked with their sales manager, Frank Crinite, who treated us like absolute gold. The ultimate punchline for Auto Lenders? I walked out of Honda of Springfield with a BRAND NEW 2026 Honda Civic Sport for $30,005. I spent barely $630 more to get a brand-new car rather than dealing with the miserable, disrespectful staff at Auto Lenders trying to hustle me for a 3-year-old 2023 model. Avoid Auto Lenders at all costs. Go see Frank Crinite at Honda of Springfield instead.

I bought the car expecting to hear back soon about my title so I could transfer everything legally. Instead, I got the runaround. As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn't have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, "It's fine -- if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it." Which is absolutely false -- we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done -- I know it wasn't because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale -- once you drive off the lot, they don't care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.
