Staff is extremely encouraging, the classes may be a bit intense for someone who hasn't exercised in a while but if you suffer from stress and some aches due to lack of movement this is a great place to get your healthy dopamine levels up. read more

The studio itself is clean and the cycling classes switch up the playlist so you get variety with every class. Awesome cycling classes with super nice instructors and staff that help push you to get the most out of your visits. Upon entering I was instantly greeted by Renee who is very nice and helpful getting me setup for my first time. I noticed the place is very clean, dimly lit (which is perfect), and the air temperature was perfect for a hard ride and circulating air (which is great considering our current situation) The music is at a perfect volume, not too loud or too low. The songs are selected for a purpose to time the intervals that the instructor explains as you peddle. There are different instructors that each have their own way of motivating you to push your limit and not cheat yourself. At the end of each ride you get a guided cool down and stretch which helps your body heal and rest. At the end of your session, Renee drops off a large Clorox type wipe so you can sanitize your bike real quick and then she goes over the equipment again herself, again (which is great considering our current situation) I like knowing they keep the place super clean. There is an air purifier in the room and fans are circulating to help make a tough ride bearable. I highly suggest you check them out. Registering online only takes 2 minutes and you get a discount when you select your first ride. Don't forget to bring a water! read more

I can't get over how fun my first indoor cycling class was! Upon entering the studio I noticed it was clean, modern, and inviting! The owners were there and they were super welcoming, so I wasn't intimidated at all for my first spin class. The instructor, Becky, brought good energy, great music, and an even better workout. I absolutely love Ride360 been coming here for almost 1 1/2 years cycled with every instructor and they are all amazing with different styles. Music ranges from 80's, 90's, Spanish, rap and new contemporary music. Recently tried rowing and it was better than expected. Cycling is no joke! It's a way harder workout than I had expected. If you are big into cycling or are a regular gym goer you probably would really love this place. The instructor I had was Renee. She's so sweet and upbeat and was super helpful starting a brand new cycling baby like myself with the bike and explaining the best form for me. The lights go off and music is played. It's a great environment. Definitely remember to bring water and drink lots of it. Unfortunately for me, I have the actual worse rhythm, so some of the bouncing and movements were difficult to get in a flowing motion. I don't know if cycling is for me, I may stick to running, but I am glad I tried something new! Here's to hoping I can walk tomorrow without having jello legs! read more

If you are new to cycle they will help you set up your bike and explain the moves. Great instructors and high energy! I look forward to my classes! Thanks to Ride360 I think I finally found my holy grail of workouts! I am by no means athletic, but felt really comfortable here. I got tired of paying for a gym membership and being totally uninspired to even get my butt to the gym. Ride 360 as turned around the way I think about working out so much so that I purchased my next ride on my way out, and I can't wait to hop back on a bike! Additionally, the studio is beautiful and modern, the music selection is spot on, and there resistance training area is a great perk. What a fun place! I took a Saturday class with Renee, and I had such a great time that I couldn't believe the hour was already over. For me, that's saying a lot since I'm not a big fan of working out! Lol. I can't wait to come back, it was a great workout and a fun atmosphere. The owners made sure everyone was comfortable with their bikes and knew how to work them before beginning, which is a plus since I really didn't know what I was doing. They genuinely want everyone to have a good time, and to get the best work out they can. They also have a separate area with weights and mats so you can do a core workout etc afterwards. Your first ride is only $5! So check it out, I'm sure you'll have a great time and be back! I wasn't sure how I was going to do, so I wanted to try it out first. Hands down, some of the best cardio around! The owners are extremely passionate about not only what they are doing, but the community of riders they are leading, along with all of their instructors! I am a huge fan and supporter of small businesses and to see one doing it the right way is something to smile about. The AV definitely needed something like this and now that its here we can grow with them and help people get into shape one ride at a time. Listen, I was 365lbs when I first started with them. I was nervous, thought I was walking into a place that had all these fit people riding bikes way out of my league, but once they turn the lights off, put the music up, you realize no one is even paying attention to you, they are all focused on their own mission. I took a class this past week with instructor Becky and it was so much fun! This studio is very clean, organized, and even has a small area to workout other parts of your body with weights and resistance bands. It's not like your typical gyms, where you feel like you are being judge and criticize for how or what your doing. I felt completely comfortable from the moment the class started and the best part is you can go at your own pace! Having problems with my knees and lower back, I can't run. I have always felt like I would have to work extra hard to get in shape and be healthy again. I never thought about sitting on bike to work out until a friend recommended me to this place. Cycling is probably the best workout I have ever had and no strain on my knees or lower back! This place is awesome and I definitely think everyone should try it out at least once! read more

Incredible instructors! I have been attending for about a month now, and at first I was very much intimidated because I have pretty bad back and knee injuries, and in the past due to the fact that I am so young trainers from different gyms in the AV don't take my injuries seriously, so they push me further than what I am comfortable with and I end up injuring myself and having to go back to the chiropractor and not having the ability to work out for a few months. Don't get me wrong, these guys will definitely push you but ALWAYS make sure that you are comfortable with how your workout is going. If they see that you are struggling they remind you that it's okay to go on your own pace. I have never felt so comfortable at a gym, and I love finally leaving a gym in pain not from an injury but soreness from a GOOD workout! I have had all the instructors, they are all amazing and keep such an upbeat attitude throughout the entire class. I am so thankful for this place and the amazing people who make it happen!
