Their "roadside assistance" makes charges they can't explain, and then lie and lie about situations. To save a dollar by employing people unqualified, its going to cost you a lot more than that. We pay $6000.00 a year for 3 older vehicles and another whopping amount for our home! Collosal rip off! We are searching for a home out of Michigan, bad service and over the top rates, and fight fight to get them to pay out on claims! Used to be great, not anymore.
