Do not even think to have any kind of relationship with this person.

Most of our friends live in Manhattan, the synagogues we like are in Manhattan, great biking in Manhattan. In addition, it is a long commute home from the opera at 11:30 at night. It was time to move! We met Rebecca through Street Easy and loved her professionalism and personality. Rebecca understood our needs and income restrictions. After showing us a few apartments, she would say that the apartment was too small, the floor is not stable, etc For a few apartments, she ordered the financials and said no way. Half a year ago Rebecca said she knows of the perfect apartment on the West Side that suited our needs: 500' from Central Park, subway on the corner, near great shopping, I could take my bike through the front door. In addition, the staff is top notch. Yes, we loved it and quickly made a bid! In addition, Rebecca and her staff assisted in putting together the board package, troubled out a few problems, dealt with the seller's broker, etc. We moved in late March and love the apartment, the building's excellent staff and location. Rebecca is the best!

ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

Was looking for an apartment to rent, stumbled onto one with this agency…read more When I toured the apartment, the realtor assured me it would be fixed up after I signed the lease. Do not fall for these tricks; only the barest of the minimums will be done. It was extremely dirty, there were buckets of paint still left over. Turns out they were in the middle of their "cleaning". I ended up needing to move in 4 days into my lease. Not great. Afterwards, I noticed a ton of issues. Black mold on vents, dripping faucets, broken window screens... the repair-workers evidently didn't give it a good pass. They take a while to respond to requests and issues (usually a 2-3 week lead time, sometimes over a month), and there's a good amount of them. Their phone number isn't very receptive, and their lease agreement is extremely limiting. I strongly encourage you to read it in depth; a lot of renter rights are signed away. I would not recommend living in a building owned by this agency. The one star is for the fact that the apartment was quite cheap.
