Each time, I was able to reschedule at the times provided by his Office Manager, Yesenia, as this session was important to me. However, after the last cancellation, the rescheduled time offered by Yesenia did not work with my schedule, and I requested an alternative date and time. To which was declined by Yesenia. Yesenia informed me that because I could not accept the provided time that was offered, it was considered a non-refundable cancellation on my part, and my refund request was denied. Her exact words, per email, were, "Unfortunately, per our terms and conditions we do not offer refunds as we did not cancel your session we attempted to reschedule but you declined." Be very careful, when scheduling session with him, and his business is not an honorable business, that takes money from people and then does not deliver.
