I basically just walked out of my reading and healing with Brenda. I've never done something like this before but have always been curious. To say I'm beyond happy and grateful I did is an understatement. The moment I walked in I felt a calm and welcoming space. Brenda greeted me with exactly the same energy plus more. COVID has shifted life for many of us, myself included. Around May I was feeling like traditional therapy wasn't for me anymore so I started to look into other forms of therapy. I scheduled an apt with Brenda after seeing so many wonderful reviews and reading about her on her website. I rarely review on yelp but felt the need as my session with her was extremely helpful and she was everything I was hoping she would be...and more:). She was very welcoming and her studio was peaceful and relaxing. Brenda helped me confirm a career decision that has had me feeling very depleted for the past two months. Her language she used to express her energies she was receiving about my options for my decision was more helpful than my journal entries in the last 2 months. It was literally like she had a direct call to my intuition and translated it with words that were so impactful and helpful. I made an appointment with Brenda for a clearing and to open up abundance in my life. We talked for a moment before and she seemed to totally *get* me and what I was asking for. Everything transformed when I lay on the table. It was amazing! I could feel the energy moving around me without her even laying hands on my body. I have worked with Brenda twice and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind, gentle yet powerful & strong and insightful. In addition she is very authentic and generous. By the end of our two sessions I felt as if I had known her for a very long time. Brenda works with her clients to determine what would be most helpful and is happy to tune sessions as needed. I agree with the other reviewers. Brenda is so lovely and has an amazing gift. I chose to do the combination reading and bodywork (2 hr session) which was the perfect choice for my first visit. Initially I was nervous and skeptical...many of the things she said felt general as if it could apply to almost anyone. (Might also be why I didn't feel an immediate connection with her as others seem to have had.) However as the reading progressed, I received several powerful messages that I knew were meant solely for me. She made me feel safe at my most vulnerable. The addition of the bodywork was wonderful. I truly felt liberated. Brenda's space is warm and welcoming. She sees clients one at a time so don't be surprised if you show up early and find that the door is locked! There's a small parking lot in the back of the building that filled up quickly when I was there. I went to Brenda on a whim. I had been stuck in a lethargic place for a long time. I wasn't my true authentic self and while I wasn't depressed I knew there was something about me that was not right and I needed help. I started my appointment just telling her I didn't know what I was looking for or what I was expecting, but I felt like I needed to be there and whatever she thought I should do, then I was on board. Brenda was very patient with me and didn't expect much and said she would just get started and let me know what she felt. She told me I could talk or ask questions, but instead I just listened. Everything she pointed out was 100% spot on to what I've been going through. Not a single thing she said didn't match me.
