This is actually a rating of zero. I thought this company had really good rep in the past. We hired…read morethem to do some work. Every time they came out things got worse. Our primary issue was loss of heat in our radiant floor heating. They worked on the main boiler. Every time they came something else changed. After three or four visits we still didn't have heat. They replace some piping they added a mix valve they supposedly put glycol in the system. Meanwhile we lost our upstairs heat. They worked on that boiler and things just got worse and worse. When they finally left we still had no heat. We have had two other contractors review the system . The current evaluation shows that the glycol that they supposedly added to our system registers at 13% instead of the requisite 30%. Our pressure tank is leaking. Overall we got taken for about $10,000 by this company and have a system that still didn't work after they left.
