The shower drain in the basement is not glued together under the slab. The threads on a brand new pressure tank are trashed where the tree goes into it. you charged us for installing a tankless water heater and a cistern and transfer pump which you didn't do. And there was an issue with the propane plumbing.

He did the work timely, communicated well and appreciated a taller than normal crawl space to work in. When Park County required a propane fireplace, no problem. Ed was there and did the required work. State Plumbing rough in, passed. County fireplace mechanical rough in passed. Final inspections delayed due to building contractor fraud and substandard work. I called for a simple routine maintenance check on my working furnace & when the guy was done, first it sounded like a jet engine in my house, it started going on & off. I left detailed messages which were ignored & when the furnace died on a zero degree day they wouldn't call me back & said during emergency hours they only take contract customers. Stay away from this company or you'll find yourself with a bad outcome. Update- they came & took apart the furnace & said they would order the part. After a week of calling with no return calls they finally answered the phone on Friday& said they weren't ordering the part. They wasted 2 weeks of my time besides breaking my furnace during a routine service call. Stay away from using this company for anything- very disreputable!!!!

We hired this guy to tile our kitchen backsplash with glass tile. We interviewed him and researched…read morehis website. He claimed he could do the project with no problem and had the experience we were looking for with glass tile. He couldn't and he didn't. We knew more about setting tile than he did as we later found out. He butchered the backsplash. Tiles not laid flat, edges were all over the place, went beyond the corner randomly with each tile, was supposed to be a brick pattern and it totally was lost when he tiled around the stove. It's the worst tile job I've ever seen. Don't hire this guy to do anything unless you want to have to hire someone else to do it over again. That was our experience. Out $1200+.
