Before walking in the chapel is a large mirror. Inside of the chapel is a wall of mirrors. I guess you can check yourself in the entrance to make sure your clothes or hair is straight, but all of the others were a bit much for me. It may be wonderful for others, but a bit much for me.

She was not courteous in her talking and seemed frustrated as she was getting information from me. I pray that she will change and no one else has to be talked to in that way. Even though the attendance exceeded the expected 75 people, the venue handled the larger crowd well the reception area was huge, with space for many to sit and enjoy the food. The foyer area became somewhat crowded at times due to the locations of the reception and service areas, causing a slight bottleneck. Even with the large crowd the venue had a feeling of stillness and quiet, offering areas for both communal gathering and private reflection. The restrooms were fully stocked with amenities like napkins, towels, and mouthwash. Parking was adequate, even with the overflow crowd. The staff provided excellent service. The doorman was attentive, and staff were readily available to assist guests. Really well done and proper service for an excellent young man.

TDC took possession of the body about 4 hours after her death. Over the next week Victor was with us every step of the way. Because she died at home and we wanted cremation the Office of the Medical Examiner had to review the circumstances of her passing before issuing a permit for. Victor carefully explained the process and handled everything. We received her ashes 10 days after her death. The cost was very reasonable, exactly what they say on their website. This was very high quality service and I highly recommend TDC to anyone who believes in cremation and has suffered loss.

The next day we came and sat down with Ms.Deborah and the other very special lady. I knew from talking to them that my sister would be in good hands and so would we. Then I can't say enough about Mr.Green, he talked to me every day for three weeks, sometimes multiple times a day. He followed up, and took care of every request. Mr. Green went over and beyond on the program, working late into the evening getting it right for us. Then the team that helped the day of the viewing felt like glue keeping us together and being so kind and respectful. Then the team on the day of the funeral which was led by, the other special lady who was in the room with Ms.Deborah the first day, was there with us the day of the funeral. She and the team took care of everything. I couldn't find my voice, but didn't need it, because she handled everything before I can ask. The gentleman who opened the door for the florist, and passed out bookmarks, thank you so much. The gentleman taking care of us in the front of the church, handling the mic and anything needed.
