Our family cannot even just go and spend time with him without having to deal with unnecessary issues. Please do not put any important items at your loved ones gravesite....it will disappear, you may find it in the pile of stuff at the office that they have decided they didn't want out there.....it may not be. If something goes missing they absolutely don't care.They will make sure you receive a paper with so many rules that seem to only be enforced to certain individuals. Grass is not kept up, and if it rains u may find ur loved one under water. 2 months ago the worst continues...they have once again thrown our personal items away. Told us we cannot have things that are obviously on other headstones. Not to mention the bench that marks my beloved's resting place is broken. The entire seat just on the ground. Of course we received all kinds of excuses as to why, but it was supposed to be fixed 2 months ago.... it is still not fixed. Crawfish holes dug all around his gravesite. NO MATTER WHAT THE I SSUE IS....it will only be blamed on u and your family. We had such a hard time getting the money together for him to be laid ro rest....now we have to consider moving him....how...or let them continue to have no compassion for the deceased or there loved ones .But they sure do want the money for the plot. I'm BEGGING YOUPLEASE LET HIM REST PLEASE. THIS HAS BECOME ALMOST DISGUSTING...THE WAY THEY RESPECT OUR DECEASED. It's actually disgusting. It took all of us to lay him to rest.....if I could I would have him moved...but Ican't. . Please do t put ur loved ones here. They all deserve so much more respect than they receive. I'm so sorry that I can't get him get of there.. he doesn't deserve any of this..

The outline by the entrance & office looks great, but if you walk though the grounds it's very sad! The owner and staff are very nice, but absolutely very disappointed with their ability to hire competent, compassionate people to do their yard work/ Landscaping. I have called so many times in the past two years expressing my concern but doesn't make a difference. We do our own work to make sure we can see our families & others names etc. Today I went out to see my family and I had to leave because it was horrible and the hands vase that's been there for two years was gone and it was a mess. Will go back tomorrow with help to clean it up. Very sad we go there to see our family members and then have to deal with this every single time. I take pictures every time and I will share with owner one last time.
