Before walking in the chapel is a large mirror. Inside of the chapel is a wall of mirrors. I guess you can check yourself in the entrance to make sure your clothes or hair is straight, but all of the others were a bit much for me. It may be wonderful for others, but a bit much for me.

She was not courteous in her talking and seemed frustrated as she was getting information from me. I pray that she will change and no one else has to be talked to in that way. The next day we came and sat down with Ms.Deborah and the other very special lady. I knew from talking to them that my sister would be in good hands and so would we. Then I can't say enough about Mr.Green, he talked to me every day for three weeks, sometimes multiple times a day. He followed up, and took care of every request. Mr. Green went over and beyond on the program, working late into the evening getting it right for us. Then the team that helped the day of the viewing felt like glue keeping us together and being so kind and respectful. Then the team on the day of the funeral which was led by, the other special lady who was in the room with Ms.Deborah the first day, was there with us the day of the funeral. She and the team took care of everything. I couldn't find my voice, but didn't need it, because she handled everything before I can ask. The gentleman who opened the door for the florist, and passed out bookmarks, thank you so much. The gentleman taking care of us in the front of the church, handling the mic and anything needed. This was very tacky and disrespectful. Our request was ignored to cover the wheels and legs of the table. We might as well have had the funeral at the morgue because that is what the table with wheels reminded me of. A black floor-length table linen would cost $30 on Amazon. Also, it would be more respectful to add a black blanket to cover them with. Not everyone likes animal print. This is very tacky. This left a horrible memory in my mind. How can a funeral home do this? I understand that this was a low-cost funeral. However, where is the dignity (see what I did there!). I was not in charge of the arrangements and saw this when I got there. ** Take your loved ones somewhere else. Other funeral homes will work with you on the payments. This left a bad memory in my mind. There is nothing the funeral home can do to recover from this.
