The problem with contractors in this city is a lot of them are flakes. They don't show up or they don't follow through. I won't say he's a bad roofer. He spent a lot of time on the roof and then provided us with a price. Let's talk about price. Mission came in at a third of the first estimate we got and was less than half of three other roofing estimates. Not only was the estimate substantially lower than other roofers, but it included replacement of 6 skylights, so we contracted with Mission to replace the roof. Honestly, the price was so reasonable, that I was a little worried that the work might be substandard - but it was what we could afford, and we had so many serious leaks, we couldn't put the work off any longer. Turns out I did not have to worry about the quality of the work at all. During the 3 days it took to do the roof, Santos came out multiple times to check on the work - and not by talking to his workers. He was up on the roof, spending many minutes checking the work. It's been 6 months now, and we've gone through rain, snow and wind. We had one issue with one of the canales during th first rain. Santos came by personally and got it fixed immediately, and we have had no problems since. I couldn't recommend Mission Roofing more if they paid me to. The work was exceptionally high quality. The price was far!! lower than the other roofing companies who gave us prices - by a lot. Santos personally supervised the work from start to finish and he is the nicest person you would ever want to deal with. Everything was left clean when they were done. So price, 100% the best. Quality of work, 100%. Immediate response to any question or issue, 100%. I can't think of a single reason to use any other company.
