Kaycee and Larry came out, listened to what I was wanting in addition to re-roofing (removal of old swamp cooler base through roof and concern about some soft spot areas). They inspected and measured roof area, then came up with an estimate for the roof work. The estimate was very reasonable and any items that could have affected the price after shingle removal and inspection were discussed. The presentation of the company's background, materials to be utilized, warranties and procedures during the work to be accomplished were discussed and overall I was impressed. There was no pressure to sign a contract immediately, no hassle with "if you sign now, we can offer a lower price", just genuine business attitude. I called the next day to schedule the work and I'm glad I did. The workers showed up as scheduled and even a few minutes ahead of their planned arrival. They immediately went to work and took care of the job efficiently. Was very pleased about their clean up afterwards, I have gravel all around the house and so far have not found any wandering nails that you get warned about from others who have had their roofs replaced. I really like the looks of the work accomplished and hopefully will enjoy years of peace of mind with the new roof! I was out of state from 10/4 to 10/11 and receiving an estimate was not a priority at the time. I received a call from a technician on 10/6 asking if he could access my roof for further inspection, which I granted. No estimate was ever received. On 10/12 I called their office and was told an estimate would be sent via email ASAP. Starting on Monday, 10/16, my numerous voice mails and connected phone calls advising that I was still waiting for an estimate received no return calls or responses such as: "He said he sent it." "It's in our system. I'll resend it." "Let me connect you to our manager........She's busy. She'll call you back." Nothing ever ensued. No call back. No estimate. No Nada!

After making contact with several roofing firms, I chose Adobe Roofing based on the quality of the underlayment materials and description of proposed work as well as the approach to the project, the price and the availability to complete the job. When the work commenced, I was pleased with the work ethic of the crew and the fact that the owner contractor came to the site once and sometimes twice daily taking the opportunity to point out how the project was progressing and respond and address to issues I raised. I received a phone call from the owner where weather prevented work or in case of other interruptions. The best part was that the final product was completed on time and has a great appearance. His crew cleaned up the entire perimeter, not one loose nail left behind. After the work was complete, he came by to inspect and didn't like the color matching on the new vent pipes, so he re-painted them in a better color. Being new homeowners, we were thinking we had to have a new roof put on our house... I am grateful we called Sage Roofing. Tony came out and did a roof inspection and let us know that the roof only required maintenance to correct the leak. He was patient with all of our questions and provided a bit of much needed education on how to maintain our flat roof.
