They're exploiting the poor, essentially trapping us. A mobile home is NOT mobile like it was decades ago and they know that. I mean, I don't live in a mobile home park because I have money! A neighbor of mine has lived here for 7 years and 9 months. 300% increase in his lot rent in less than 8 years. This increase far exceeds current inflation rates, and the services provided are minimal at best. There's a pool but the rules are over the top. The grounds aren't kept beautiful; just decent, certainly not worthy of excessive lot rent! The whole thing is asinine! Ethics. They're a thing.

They are not reasonable and constantly evict people on a moments notice. Most of these people living here struggle even making the high rent payments let alone getting evicted and having to come up with another first, last months rent, and security deposit.
