Their branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the TD branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. This is very refreshing these days a many places are going with more and more automation to eliminate the branch banker. We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I use two branches, Mineola (my home Village) and one is Westbury on Brush Hollow Rd. Both are centrally located in very convenient spots. When I called the bank and explained the situation, the Assistant Manager told me that I would have to come in to the bank. This is very bad Customer Service to a handicapped individual. I called him back 4 times and sent 2 emails and he has yet to respond since 11/12/25. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!

Happily this spot is not far from me and may even be closer than my own home town branch. This spot is conveniently located on Old County Rd in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking. It is very easy to access from Hillside Ave and it's an easy in and out. My only current issue with banks theses (I am a former banker) is that they working with fewer people in their branches as so much information is available on-line. The issue is that i'm at the branch because the information I need or task I want to complete cannot be done on-line. The branch staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. I went in today, and explained to the teller if I could pay my statement balance for a personal credit card, as well as my business card. No problem! He pulled up my accounts. Gave me my balances. Paid him. Simple enough. When I got home, i logged into my accounts, he didn't do what I asked! I asked to pay my statement balance. He gave me my current balances. Therefore, making me pay extra monies I didn't have to pay until next month! My mistake for assuming a teller knew the difference between a statement balance and a current balance!

It's extremely frustrating when both the ATM and in-person service are unavailable at the same time, especially when you're trying to complete a simple banking transaction.
