I went to this store to look at counter tops, flooring, cabinets. The sales person was less than helpful. The one I was suppose to speak with was at lunch so I left and did other errands. I came back an hour later and she was still not there. When she did show up she acted put out by me waiting for her. Her responses to my questions were short and snippy. She basically tossed the samples down at me. She clearly did not want my business. To take a quote from the movie Pretty Woman "Big mistake....Huge." your loss I will never darken the door of this business again. read more

We went to pick out doors and carpet for a house we are remodeling. Everyone was very helpful.

I was sent here by my contractor to speak with Jessie to pick out some items for my house (cabinets, counters, flooring). After looking at the options I thought I'd ask how difficult it would be to upgrade my counters from laminate and just pay the difference. Contractor had no issue as long as we stayed within our time frame. Jessie would not even let me look at quartz countertops, I guess she did not think I could afford them she said "no that option is off the table that's $80 sq ft". She did let me look at the marble BUT "only four options" is all she was giving me. A paying customer and you give them four options? I did have family with me at the time who were completely appalled with her attitude, her service and the way she spoke to me. I will not step foot back in this store I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else. read more
