They swept up several times while doing the installation. So they didn't track anything. They took the extra time to paint the metal brick support installed in 1993 over the door frame to match the rest of the door. Not part of the project but definitely brought the entire entry together. They also respond well to Home bake cookies. we have been looking at steel doors for years. Well, they're more than wooden doors. The quality and strength and durability is so much better. These steel doors cost about 50% more than a high-quality wood door. Each door weighs 125 pounds plus the glass door insert. The one piece metal frame weighs even more. I love the way there is no door knob. Just push.

What kind of hate do you have to have in your heart to leave something like this? Zach's response is PARTIALLY true... his original Quote was…read moremuch higher than anyone else so I chose to go with a different "company". They did poor quality work and refused to fix anything after receiving my money (the other company). So I reached out to Window depot in hopes that they could fix the gutter. That part of what Zach said, is true. The part that he conveniently omitted form his half true Yelp reply was: He did agree to fix the gutter and told me it would be $200. He also told me that I didn't have $200 worth of work but that he doesn't stock 5" gutter hangers so he had to buy a pack of 100 hangers to complete the repair and then pay his guys to bring the scaffolding to the site, set it up, etc. so he was charging me $200. I agreed to have them complete the repair for $200 because as anyone in rural 72088 knows... there are hardly any contractors and most (not all) of the ones that are there don't have the work ethic to complete a job properly in exchange for their payment. Zach then went radio silent and stopped responding which is when his office told me he became very ill after our arrangement to get the job done. (I even put the leaf guards out for him and texted him the picture). The lady at the office then tried to change the price to $300 even though Zach "the owner" via Yelp told me $200. Either way, $200 or $300, they never followed through or even called me back to discuss what was going on. This was back in June. It's now almost October and my house is less than 2 miles from the Window Depot store. Thanks Zach for telling the partial truth but I see a pattern forming here of 1/2 truths and not being trustworthy. Best of luck.

We had decided on Pella Windows before he arrived - his presentation and explanation of their materials used confirmed what we had heard from our neighbors. Fast forward to the installation- Anthony and his team came in like thunder and went to work- also very professional and knowledgeable of the Pella product. The first thing I noticed after our window that was installed in the LR was the non-glare on our TV - that was a big plus! The windows are very expensive but my husband and I see it as an investment- we know this investment will increase the value of our home.

I was in between giving this company a 2 and 3 stars. I've heard great things about Windows and…read moreMore. Everyone told me they were the best siding company in the area for vinyl siding. We were having a somewhat large 20k dollar job done which included doors, siding, and a covered porch put up. Everything started off well. The salesman came out helped us make choices and everything went according to plan...in the beginning. We were told they would come out and paint everything before the siding went up that way they would not damage the siding. This never happened. I had to go up to the office to request this to be taken care of because no one would respond to my calls questioning this. Our door that was ordered was ordered backwards, and when pointed out the contractor basically shrugged his shoulders. Now I have to open my door, then close it to turn on the lights to the outside. The trim around the door was damaged and then reinstalled leaving huge cracks around the door. I contacted the salesman and he stated he could fix it. Guess what, it never happened. We were worried about water damage before we began and the salesperson stated he budgeted extra for the damage. We were then told there was no water damage and only small fixes were required, but we were billed the total amount. The trim pieces on the house are not level and when you point it out to others, they will state "wow, that is all I can see now". The back patio cover has vast amounts of silicone on it, when I showed the salesperson, who for all intents and purposes I would consider the project manager, just shrugged his shoulders and said, "yeah, that is a lot." We ordered special lights for the house, through another company, and Windows and More said they can hang them. They put them onto too small of light mounts and they look like they are leaning. We ordered a storm door for the front of the house, and we really liked how the front door turned out. We then thought about using the door in the back of the house but it would not fit as it was the wrong size. The sales man said he could take it and sell it and we could order a different door for the back of the house. He did say it would take a while, but here we are 6 months after the fact and I've heard nothing from anyone, after all they did receive the final payment. Also, in the front they took off my doorbell and never replaced it. They left two exposed wires out there in which my nephew and son began touching them together and burnt up my doorbell. After the job has been completed, I still have two exposed wires out there that I guess I'm going to have to take care of. In the end, my house does look better than it did before we started. People do say they like it until they start looking at the fine details. People like the design and colors, which my wife and I came up with. This is a completely average company, who can do basic stuff and does not communicate well or follow through with what they say. They are one of the more expensive companies as they market themselves as being a good contractor, with a good product. They do in fact have a good product, it just looks like a DIY person put it up after watching some YouTube videos. I would have much rather paid an extra 10k for a different company who has a superior product and stands behind his craftsmanship. Windows and more will sell you a quality product with a Lowes type installation and charge you high end craftsmanship prices. Craftsmanship and "Windows and More" should not be used in the same sentence. I would highly suggest to anyone out there to not make the final payment until everything has been fixed to your satisfaction. Don't be a dope like me and trust Windows and More will keep their word and has any amount of honor to the things they say they will do.
