At 3:07, I called and said that the Estimater hadn't arrived yet. They sent him out right away. He finally arrived at 3:25 and left at 3:29. He said he was going to get the pricing figured out and then call. On Friday at 10:20, I called because we hadn't heard anything. The woman who answered said she found the pricing sheet but she was going to need to email it to me. I gave my email address and as of 9:38 on Saturday, we still haven't received anything. This has been a very frustrating process. It's like pulling teeth with these people. Regardless of the pricing at this point, we will not and never use them.
