I was…read morethere for one wash but did enroll for a special monthly membership which I use pretty frequently, easily 2-3 times a week, and have no issues. I also have been able to go to other ModWash locations with the membership, which I like being able to do. I have learned which are the least & most crowded times to go there. The employees are very helpful & friendly. The only issue I have is, I feel like sometimes there is not quite enough space between cars. I understand they are trying to cycle cars through when it's busy, but as a customer, I don't think the tailgating is a good idea. It affects the way the vehicles are cleaned (or not cleaned as a result). If that changes, I'll change this review to 5 stars.

I was shocked to find a low rear passenger tire. What makes this additionally alarming was we had just bought new tires from PepBoys 2-weeks earlier. We got Emergency Services to put our donut on and finished our trip to Ventnor City. Looking to find someone to get us out of our predicament the guy at Autozone recommended A.G Payless Tire Shop on Albany in Atlantic City and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Rosa was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, ensuring I got the perfect tires for my car. The service was swift and efficient--I was out of there in 30-minutes. They even provided valuable maintenance tips to help extend the life of my new tires. What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure I left the shop with a smile. The prices are competitive (better than PEPBOYS), and the quality of the tires is top-notch. I feel confident and safe driving with my new tires, thanks to AG Tire. He told me one price up front, then when it came time to pay, he suddenly raised it with no explanation. When I questioned him, instead of acting like a professional, he completely lost it--screaming at me like a lunatic in front of everyone. It doesn't stop there. He struts around with the biggest ego in the room, barking at his employees and treating them like trash. The staff deserve medals for putting up with him, because working under someone this toxic has to be hell. It's the textbook definition of short man syndrome--loud, insecure, and desperate to feel in control. I've dealt with tough business owners before, but never someone this unprofessional and pathetic. Absolute trash behavior. The employees are saints, but the owner is a disgrace, an embarrassment, and the single reason this place will never reach its potential.
