We have passed this tire store numerous times during our travel to and from Atlantic City. It was only because of low tire pressure and my need for air that we decided to stop by. The tire specialist, whose name I failed to get, was pleasant enough to put air in my tire non gratis! I was extremely appreciative, as they could have charged me, but didn't. It made me grateful that there were still folks with good hearts when you need them. That being said, they were extremely busy working on customer's tires and that gave me a glimpse that they must do pretty decent work. All in all, although I can't rate them on receiving any of their tire services, I must say that their professionalism in going out of their way to service me in putting air in my tire when I desperately needed it earned them 5 stars in my book! read more

I got a flat tire right before they closed and I was traveling so nowhere near home. My car has run flat tires which are difficult to find and new ones are very expensive. On (10/26/2025) I was in quite a jam I was staying at the Trop in AC when I topped off the air in the parking lot one of the valves started shooting air like crazy. This never happen to me before. It seemed like some pin broke in the Valve. Because the vehicle is a Lexus, I waited until the next day. (10/27/2025) I changed the tire to the spare and off me and my buddy went to Lexus to see if they could fix or replace the valve. My buddy knows more about this stuff then I do. Upon arrival to LEXUS they said they would only replace the whole assembly including the TPS (This measures and transmits the tire pressure to the console) for $375 bucks and I needed to schedule an appointment for the next day. After my buddy kept asking the tech questions, he said you can go to a local place "Deltona" to see if they can put a temp valve so I can take my buddy to the airport and head home which was in New York. Deltona quickly looked at the issue and was able to just repair the pin saving the current TPS assembly for just $31 bucks. They were honest straight forward and quickly solved the issue in 15 minutes. Shout out to the supervisor and Andre the Tech guy who also put air in my spare tire before putting it away. I would give you guy 100 stars for taking the stress off from being stranded and saving me hundreds of dollars by not having to go back to Lexus to replace the whole TPS assembly. This place busted two TPMS sensors on my sons car, Incompetent staff and they refused to admit their mistake or pay for the repair. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where the staff knows what the hell they are doing. The staff was rude to my son and blamed him for the damage. How ironic that the sensors worked yesterday PRIOR to them changing out the 2 front tires and IMMEDIATELY upon leaving the dash light was on for the sensors. read more

I needed to get a warranty processed for one of my Continental tires that had blown out on the expressway. As I brought the wheel in I was harassed like it was entirely my fault for the tire being in the condition it was. I never got the employees name that was assisting me or really just whining like a fat old baby but he was very rude and extremely unprofessional. I don't even know how that guy got a job there but all he did was complain that the tire was shredded. I thought he was joking around but no he was being a complete dickhead for no reason. I then asked him when it'll be ready it the process for the warranty and all he said was idk after three or more questions back to back. This guy was a complete idiot and he's lucky I had the patience for him that day. So the next day comes around and it's 3pm, almost the end if their work day so I give them a call. I talk to the same guy and he begins to tell me that I don't have a warranty because of how shredded the tire was. So I called Continental and they informed me to tell him to give them a call and they will walk him through the process. 12 month warranty, no matter what condition. So I called him back and he said "we might get to it tomorrow" I said "what? I need my car by tomorrow I have important things I need done" and he replied "that's not my problem, you shouldn't have wrecked your tire". I lost it. This guy is miserable about his life and is not going to help me so I told him I'd pick up my tire in 20 minutes. I was so shocked because Deltona had helped me out previous and I have sent them a decent amount of business in the past. Never again. But anyway i went to Pep Boys and called it a day. read more

I've been to Deltona twice for alignments and they completed service quickly and efficiently. I had one little problem with the steering which I brought back in and Darcy got it taken care of right away. Great people and reasonable prices. On 7/6/2021 I experienced a flat tire on the GSP. The tow driver took me to Deltona in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ not too far away. The used tire that was put on my car was dry rot. However, I was not made aware of this by Deltona. If he had told me that said tire should either be replaced now or within 3-4 weeks, I would have known. However,I was not given that option and while driving on theGSP 8/16//2021, said dry rot tire blew out and caused some damage to my car. Terrible customer service and professionalism and no regard for driver safety in my opinion. All the person had to do was inform me of the True Condition of the tire. Deltona should 1) apologize. 2) Make it right by repairing my car because their deliberate negligence caused the damage. read more

Had my tires done there about 2 weeks before driving 4 hours away. On my four hour drive, on the highway, my drivers side tire completely fell off. THANK GOD me and my partner were okay. After taking further look we noticed NONE of the lug nuts were even on. Meaning someone screwed up and didn't put them on properly. After spending over a $1000 to get that fixed we went back to this company and told them our concerns. Only to be told they could do nothing since they didn't keep the receipt on their end (yes my mistake for losing the receipt but they still wouldn't even turn their head on the issue), as if we were lying about what had happened. They didn't do a THING to help out even though this was clearly their mistake. Once again thank God we're okay, but I will NEVER return and recommend no one does since they clearly don't care what happens once the car leaves their lot. I brought my car into Pep Boys for a slow tire leak. I swear the car was in the bay while the guys sat on chairs in front of it while I waited. I was right outside and never actually saw them take the tire off to check it. Finally they told me it had a hole in the sidewall so it couldn't be plugged but didn't have the tire in stock and tried get me to order it. I opted not to and instead my husband took it in to Deltona. They had the best price for new tires and a used one in stock for less than half that price. When the mechanic inspected the tire he questioned my husband whether or not it was the right one. He took it off and dipped it to check for holes and found one small screw in the bottom of the tire. Less than half an hour later and it was plugged and done. Pep Boys set the perfect scenario for them to make a quick buck on a tire sale and instead they opted to do good honest business. I am so impressed- we will go to them for all our tire needs going forward. read more

I was turned away for a synthetic oil change before 11:30 am. The gruff counter person loudly mumbled something then said they were too busy, There was no attempt to schedule an appointment or a suggestion of a better time. There was no greeting or goodbye. I don't expect over-the-top customer service,but there was no attempt at all. I have been a multi-car customer for at least 15 years.I had to go to another store for the service I needed. In the spring the same thing happened. I took the car in for a tire leak and was told there would be a long wait. I left a phone number and went to get a bite to eat. I was delayed in calling back by about 40 minutes. The leak was fixed but a new tire was recommended. I asked for the new tire and was told it was too late, I would have to come back. I am not very happy with them, but hey usually do very good work. read more

The nicest and most down to earth people around. If you're looking for an honest opinion or your car, regardless of model of me, this is the place to go to. While in Ocean City, our Tesla's electronic system was indicating low tire pressure... which was very strange as it was a nice balmy 80° outside during the entire week and there was no puncture. Since there is no Tesla Service centers in the area, we used Google and yelp to find a tire shop and we landed at Deltona. The place isnt much to look at from the outside, but never judge a book by its cover. When we walked in, we told the man behind the counter was what was wrong with the car and he was very friendly and give us a good estimate how long will take for someone to look at it. They were very busy, and we waited for about 30 minutes in their waiting room. During the week, we engage in conversation with the guys behind the counter as well as other customers waiting to get their car fixed. You could just tell that the entire place was super friendly and a great neighborhood atmosphere; there is never a doubt in my mind that these people are going to rip me off or lie to me about my car. 30 minutes later, the mechanic said there was actually nothing wrong with the tire. They checked for any leaks or punctures and it was a perfectly fine tired. They said they put the tire back on the car and we went to go pay he said "no charge." We obviously insisted on paying them something because it still took time for someone to take the tire off inspected and put it back on. The man behind the counter suggested if we really want to do something just give the mechanic a tip, and of course we did!!! If you ever have car troubles in the area, don't ever hesitate to bring it to Deltonna. read more

I first went to Deltona for a flat way back in 1990. I thought I needed a new tire and that's what I told them when I went in there. They pulled out the nail and repaired the hole. Never tried to sell me a new tire. They had a customer for life. They're the only people I trust to work on my car and I always refer people here. They're incredibly service-oriented and the pricing is fair. Just don't have to use the bathroom when you're there :-p. read more

I have been a customer of Deltona Discount Tire for a long time, However the last time I was there, I wanted an Alignment check and Brake check. the brake check because of a vibration when the brake was applied. I explained to the guy that I had checked the rotors and pads myself but they look fine, and I had only used the car for 5K miles since the last rotor & pad replacement, and that I thought it had to do with a frozen pin. Without even checking the vehicle, the guy insisted that I had warped rotors and needed new rotors and brakes. I agreed for them to check the brakes to be sure and left the vehicle with them. I received a call shortly after with a confirmation that I needed new brakes & pads, that they checked all the pins and that they were fine. Due to the price quoted, I decided to do the job myself. I spent $115 for premium rotors and pads from advanced auto parts. Not to mention the $35 brake check fee they charged. To my surprise, the left side caliper bracket had a pin to was so frozen I could not remove it no matter what I tried. I spent hours trying to loosen the pin with no success. I ended up buying a new caliper, since the bracket can only be ordered and takes 3 days. How could they tell me they checked all the pins? I believe they didn't even check the brakes and wanted to scam me out of $240.00 unnecessary brake job. I did pay them $35 brake check fee, but I'm not even gonna bother trying to get that back, I will just remember this visit the next time I need tires or alignment. read more

My dad who is 84 years old and needed his brakes done. He took his car to Deltona for service, and had to leave his car there overnight. He could not get in touch with me for a ride back to his house so he and my stepmom started to walk home to Absecon. Half way to their house, a gentlemen who works there found them walking and drove them home. When their car was ready and I was ready to drive them, I am guessing the same gentlemen went to their house and picked them up and drove them to Deltona to pick up their car. I just want to say thank you. I had my tires done by you before, and I know you guys are honest and reasonable. I will definitely recommend you. Deltona is always quick and does and good job with tires (Hence the extra star). However, I was not happy with the fact that they STOLE half of my quarters out of my car. It's change ... c'mon. You people are way too grown to be stealing change from customers. I was able to tell because I had a small toy in the compartment where my change was. When I got in my car, it was moved onto the passenger seat. How stupid could you people be? Did you think because I'm a younger woman I would be too stupid to notice? Also, I could tell the rest of my compartments were torn through. Thanks so much for that! First time here. Heard a lot of great things. I appreciate the work getting done quickly. My only complaint is the customer service. The gentleman at the counter was clearly frazzled and busy. While I can understand being busy, his attitude was quite nasty and short, unnecessarily. When spending at least $800 for a new set of tires, I would hope to be treated a little more respectfully. I usually am not one to post reviews, however my experience at Deltona this weekend was just too good not to discuss. I am a 20 year old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars, so auto-shops to me are just a lot of confusing terminology and expensive parts. At Deltona, the employees, especially Larry at the front desk, were nothing but pleasant, patient, and honest with me, explaining everything that they were doing and about how long it would take. Deltona Tire to the rescue! As I was leaving Ocean City to drive back to NYC, a family member noticed a bulge in the sidewall of my Perelli run flat tire (on a used car I just got a few weeks ago)...oof! It was Sunday afternoon and the places that were open didn't have what I needed. Deltona popped up on Yelp not far away, so I gave them a call. They said they had a wide variety of quality, inspected used tires and would have something that would fit, if not the exact tire. I showed up around 2pm, the guys took a quick look, checked their stock, and sure enough had the exact tire I needed with tread just as good or better than the one it replaced. The tire was I think $70, and I was out the door in about half an hour for $90 with install and tip! A new tire would have been about $180. The crew was friendly and professional, and the waiting area clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! read more

my 17 year old daughter had a flat tire in her car. we took the tire to deltona to be replaced. about 1 month later the tire went flat again on her way to school leaving her stranded. i called them to explain and they did not help at all. they refused to get the car to repair the 1 month old tire. not very good customer service. we will never use this business again and warn all other people its not a nice "hometown" place we thought it was. thankfully we got her car towed and replaced the tire once again. read more

Quick, responsive, trustworthy and they bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. It baffles my mind that people use online tire warehouses to buy tires to save a few dollars per tire only to have to pay mounting and other installation costs that make their "discounted" online purchase more expensive when it's all said and done. Drive in to Deltona, they tell you what you need and won't "up-sell" you. A few minutes on the lift and off you go. Great price to value proposition with no BS. read more
