Didn't get towed, went to the junkyard to get parts and was treated like shit. Wouldn't suggest going there.

This place was an outrage! I'm so disgusted with this…read moredealership, I'll never go back. Had appt today, Monday, at 1pm and made appt with Savanna over 10 days in advance specifically to get a loaner/rental car while under warranty repairs as I live 45 min away. I called the Friday b4 to make sure they have one of the parts needed. NO, they didn't so ordered it telling me it would be there by Thursday, but my car still had to be there by Monday to get the other work done, they said. OK, I got there at 1pm & no Savannah (at lunch) so Mike? was taking in all the 1pm appts by himself. No problem, I patiently waited. He had none of my info that I left with Savannah. 1/2 hr later he informs me they have no loaners due to some recall & won't let them out, so takes me to rental desk (owned by the dealer's son). She has nothing either but a 2-seater convertible. Um not. It's been trying to snow & I live in WV forest! Ok, so their staff is out retrieving a Malibu & I can wait for their return, maybe an hour. Or, I can pay the diff between my warranty allowance & the Suburbans avail. to the tune of $60/day. Or come back in a hour for the Malibu. Seriously? So I came back 1-1/2 hrs later and still no Malibu even though I'd parked next to one out front. I asked about it but oh that's waiting for someone with a reservation! Seriously! Eventually she says I can have it since the other one is coming in. Another 20 min later of her doing paperwork she brings me a lengthy contract making me initial at least 5 pages of disclosures of all the things they'll fine me for, etc. I sign it all, including $5/gl if tank wasn't full. Gas is 3.29 btw. I asked if it was full now & she didn't know. Then, here's the best part, she's about to hand me keys then says "and you have to wash and vacuum it before return." WTF?! Seriously!? I asked, "are you going to wash & vacuum MY car?" The service manager standing there now. No, of course not. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Of all my years traveling for a living and using dealerships for service I have NEVER seen such a disgraceful way to treat a customer. So I left, with MY car! I can only imagine how much worse it would've gotten had I let them tear into my car and didn't even have the parts in stock yet. If it's not painfully obvious by now, any RESPECTABLE dealership would have A) loaned me the Suburban for the same price, and B) not demanded under threat of fine that customers WASH & VACUUM their f*ing loaner cars upon return! Who on earth agrees to this B.S.? Pathetic suckers supporting this lousy business, that's who. Yes, I'm outraged and wasted 1/2 my day & $30 in gas dealing with this place, and now still need an appt at GMC Front Royal where hopefully they have some reasonable business ethics. But I'll be glad to try another dealership before patronizing such disgraceful lack of customer service here.

I thought the community should know what kind of business Tri County collision is running. I hit a…read moredeer in December destroying most of my front end of my vehicle. I called them & asked if they could take on my vehicle. They said yes. Within 2 days I had an estimate that they could get it done in 5 days as well as the price they were going to charge my insurance company. My insurance company allowed me a rental for 45 days. I was thrilled....however my excitement was short lived. I went in their establishment 2 weeks after dropping off my vehicle only to be told they couldn't get my car into the garage because they didn't have my keys. They said someone came in claiming to be my daughter & they just gave these individuals my keys. Didnt follow them out, didnt ask for any verification, nada. These individuals ransacked my car & stole my keys. I asked to see the cameras to identify who these individuals were. They refused, said that it had been at least a week & a half since my keys were given away & that it was to much video footage to review. I proceeded to ask why wasn't I contacted when my keys weren't brought back. I was told "oh so many people come in & out of here everyday, we thought you knew". I contacted local law enforcement & they said there wasn't anything that could be done. I then went higher up & contacted the state police. Magically after calling the state police my keys miraculously reappeared later that same day. After a month has gone by i call to inquire about my vehicle. I was told my vehicle wasn't on the books & they would work on fitting it in. However when I called in December they stated they could get it done in 5 days. After 45days my insurance company stopped paying on the rental. So I was stuck paying $316 a week for the next 2months. Well 3 months later & $1000s of dollars wasted I finally received my vehicle back. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. Thank you to my sister who reminded me of these wonderful details."You forgot some details... like your vehicle never moved from the day it was brought in on a tow truck until the day the nice insurance adjuster called to see why you did not have your jeep back. That same day your vehicle mysteriously disappeared behind their shop, again the 1st time it was ever moved since being on their lot. This was after speaking to the insurance adjuster about having it moved to another garage that would have the work done within the next week. Also, you forgot that they asked for another $3300 from the insurance after the adjuster spoke with them... stating there was more damage than originally quoted for in December."
