We tryed to place them in an assisted living home which resulted in them being very unhappy, they wanted to be in their own home. We met with Ronda when she came out to assess what type of help they needed. She was a very compassionate and knowledgible person and we felt comfortable with her right away. We hired this company to come in and help care for them, while allowing them to stay in their own home. These caregivers do everything from cooking meals to personal care, which really helped free up my family from trying to balance our scedules with work, our own families, and just life. My Grand Parents are so grateful to be able to stay in their own home and not feel like they are burdening the family. They really like the caregivers and love the companionship. The doctor sent my RX and notes from the last visit. The notes stated I am compliant with my machine. They wouldn't honor the notes because it has been longer than six months since the doctor visit ((seven months ago). I have health issues that require me to use it every time I sleep. Binson's doesnt care and refuses to help me. They keep blaming the doctors/insurance company ect. They have offered for me to buy a new one for 700.00 out of pocket. My other machine was already paid off. OSA is a lifetime diagnosis, you maybe check in with the doctor every year. The six month rule is ridiculous! I have had no changes and they can read my machine on their computer! They send me all my other supplies every month, I get those without the six month rule, why not the replacement machine itself? I'm looking for a ne supplier! I am at high risk (due to another dual health issue) to die in my sleep if I don't have the CPAP machine. Binson's doesn't care.

I have worked in several nursing homes, and NEVER have seen the amount of care, attention, and respect done anywhere else but here. What the residents eat, the owners eat (unless special accomodations for diabetics etc. Meaning home cooked, healthy, good food!) They will stop anything to assist and care for a resident. Also, all residents were so happy, felt at home, and truly loved. The home is extremely clean and nothing is out of place. I would put ANY family member here vs any nursing home. Working as a nurse, NO nursing home in the world is as amazing as having a loved one here!
