So disappointed because the I felt like they made excuses and didn't even ask if I wanted another caregiver!!! Also, They do not have a good job of having back-up caregivers when your main caregiver is out!!! I had to work from home one time because they had no coverage. I pay as well as other families with loved ones alot of money to this company; which requires 25 hours a week and they have people sleeping on the job!!! Hell No! She brought Mom a beautiful bouquet set of flowers with a nice card. So we decided to try her on part time basis. My mom absolutely fell in love with her and her staff especially Kim. Then there have been other horrible people like the one who told my mother she just has to put up with the pain. The biggest problem is the caregivers who are supposed to show up not showing up. No phone call from anyone! My mother needs care all the time and they are not informing us that someone is not coming. Completely unreliable!
