DO NOT HIRE! Zero customer service and totally a rip off! I had my apartment cleaned for a "move-out" clean on 22nd of July. Due to life and work conditions I wasn't able to check on the apartment until about a week later. There was almost no difference before and after! I paid $360 for them to clean, and showed the cleaner what exactly needed done. I was told no problem, and they were there for near 8 hours. When I tried to contact them, zero communication with management was allowed as they were "too busy", I sent pictures and talked several times with a scheduling rep who told me they were "investigating". He even tried to plead the company as veteran owned, as if that affects the quality of service and customer support (which even more of a joke as I am myself a veteran). The scheduling rep was continually changing what their so called policy is for refunds, even though the only thing on the website is "200% guaranteed" promising a refund. Walls, floors, windows, kitchen, bedrooms were all not cleaned. They said spent two hours on the bathroom and they looked as if maybe an hour total was done of work. Eventually I had to rush and spend more money to clean it myself before the end of my lease. I was told I could maybe receive a partial refund, and then radio silence. Completely joke of a company. Super unhappy with their services. Trusted them to come clean my home when I was not here. Came home to find a couple of my drawers had been riffled though, and a few pieces of extremely sentimental and irreplaceable jewelry were missing. I'm 100% positive what was missing was there before they came into my home. As for what I was charged... My home is 3br/2bath/2100sq/ft I was charged almost 40% MORE than my friend who had previously hired them. Her house is almost TWICE the size of mine. (4000sq/ft 4br/4bath). Not only was I clearly overcharged, but they took almost twice as long to clean my home as they did my friend's home. I understand that some homes are dirtier than others, but my house is an easy clean. I keep on top of it everyday, having it spot-cleaned bi-monthly. The person that came to my home said my house was so clean that it was going to be very fast I spent most of the time talking with her because she was such a nice person. After the pandemic and neglecting my home to focus on other, more important things, I gave in. My husband helped give me the extra nudge. The fact that one click maids is a local military family owned business sold me. Amon and his workers truly care about their client's homes and making sure you come home to relax. His website makes scheduling very easy and there are no hidden fees or extra charges. You pay for what you book. I booked a 2 hour deep cleaning for my home. Rosa and her helper arrived about 15 minutes early ready to go!(masked up) They were very friendly and happy to go over what I wanted them to focus on. They were also both bilingual in English and Spanish. They didn't waste any time! As I was getting ready to head out she was already filling a bucket and getting to work on scrubbing my oven, that she left sparkling and looking brand new! She was even nice enough to show me what she used when I asked her! I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home so it took a little longer than what we had booked- this did not effect the price nor quality of their cleaning. She also did tell me in advance that it would take a little longer. They kept me posted on what was going on and gave me a heads up when they were about 10-15 minutes from being done which was very helpful! I didn't want to get in their way while they were doing their thing so I got in some retail therapy! If you've ever thought about hiring a cleaning company for your sanity, for a move out/in, security deposit on an apartment they do it all! So, seriously just do it! I felt so guilty and for no reason. It was such a relief to come home to a beautifully cleaned, fresh smelling home to just cook dinner and help my kids with their homework. One Click Maids saves the day. I was in town for only a few days to get my rental home ready for sale. Got in town Saturday afternoon and after inspecting my property noticed that it needed a cleaning. It had to be done Sunday as the painters were coming Monday morning. Reached out to a few home cleaners and One Click/Amon was the only one that could help me. Amon was able to send a cleaner Sunday morning to do a complete move out clean, Amon came in the afternoon to clean the windows inside and out. The windows came out great! Both the cleaner and Amon were very attentive in making sure things were cleaned how I wanted them but towards the end it felt a little rushed. The house cleaner did a great job with the bathrooms, window sills, ceiling fans however missed a few areas, like a few drawers in the kitchen were not wiped out and I thought they would vacuum. Reason for deduction. I wouldn't hesitate to call One Click and Amon again. read more

I would not recommend this business. The owner is extremely rude and not in Arizona. Informed that they were changing payment policies on the day of a cleaning when there was no prior notification that there would be any changes. The maid was OK-- but they only send one person, whereas most homecleaning business send at least 2 people. The person they sent was extremely slow as well, staying to at least almost 7pm one night. There are better businesses out there-- especially ones that are local to Tucson. read more

I am very disappointed in my cleaning service!!!! I was promised their special of $99 for 4 hours. I explained to Amon that I was looking to have my kitchen and bathroom cleaned along with a few other odds and ends and this was for a party. I was told that can be done and I scheduled a service. I had even thought about a continuing service contract, however, the maid that came did NOT touch the kitchen!!! until I made it clear that I was told that was part of the deal. She showed me a text message between her and Amon where she stated to him that she would not be able to get to the kitchen in that amount of time... and he said do what you can. Really???!!!! The nerve... Therefore, I called him twice from my phone and He refused to answer his phone. Then he turns around and texts the maid that he was in a meeting. What business owner does that?! My husband then attempts to call Amon and he doesn't answer his call. I do NOT recommend this company for any service and I plan to advise as many people in Tucson to stay clear from them. I am sure this will get deleted from this FB page but I will be forwarding this to many other FB groups. These reviews we see on this page has to made up because if the maid said she couldn't finish another job within the lotted time I'm sure that was an unhappy customer. This was by far the best cleaning service I've found in Tucson, and I've hired several. They were prompt and unbelievably thorough, and really paid attention to the areas I asked them to focus on. I seriously don't think my bathroom floor has ever been so clean - we have small vintage white tile and a big black dog, and that job alone can take hours. The price was comparable to other services I've used and they accomplished more with two cleaners than other teams of three. I also have to point out the ease of booking - it's refreshing to be able to see a calendar that shows when they are available and just schedule it, no back and forth on the phone to find a time, even during a holiday week when every other cleaning service I called was already booked solid.
