If I could give this company extra stars I would. They exceeded my expectations in every way. First off, when they looked at my property they gave me a quote that was actually decent for what I was looking for. I made the appointment, and then was called and told that they had openings earlier because someone cancelled. I took it. I have a huge backyard and the fence was almost completely built in one day. I was absolutely blown away. Everybody was on time, the fence looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. Every single employee at this place was super kind too. They did PERFECT. They were fast and mostly good. Some parts of the work were not well executed. I contacted the owner about the gaps in the gate (see pics) and was told it was normal to leave that much space for swelling. They showed up when they were supposed to and did the work. Which puts them at the top of the current market. I will have to rebuild the gate to the proper width. The price was fair, supervisor on site was very personable. Did not haul away debris. read more

Extremely Poor work. for a 6 foot tall and 179 foot long fence. Boards not tight to each other spaces allow dogs to see neighbors dogs. Some spacing is 1/4 inch. left dirt all over left wood scraps all over used a nail gun that did not bury nail head in wood. Over priced for the quality of workmanship received. I do not believe the 4 star ratings they are bogus. Now gate saging, had to adjust lock so it would close. When they delivered product the driver backed up on drive and created rut in lawn. Notified RNF when sent check of some of the problems they never responded and never responded to this post. To clarify further, they demanded to due the installation on the day and time, I did not want it because of rain. They installed the fence during a rain storm, yes the workers were soaking wet during 90% of the install. They were supposed to come and check on progress, they never came, probably raining too hard for them. Oh boards do not shrink a 1/4 inch. The reason they don't want to do anything is because it would be a full replacement. Notice this was a replacement for a 20 year old like fence No boards shrunk in 20 years. I did contact the salesman. The response to my post is a total joke. BEWARE read more

Ok so we had a big tree fall in the yard last week and our fence was busted up pretty good. I called around and received NO responses. NONE!!!! One company sent a guy out and he was rude and disinterested. Long story short, a friend referred me to Right Now Fence. Melanie and her team did an awesome job!!! 10 stars!!!!!!! Melanie, John, and two installers did a stellar job replacing our dilapidated panel fence with a beautiful capped privacy fence around our wooded lot (250+ ft). They also repaired our existing privacy fence and gate sections along with changing them to board on board.... Customer service was excellent from the quote through completion.
